Optional Programs
Optional programs are a way of bringing
enrichment activities to Park View Montessori children, while
saving parents valuable time in transporting children to
lessons. Professionals in their respective fields conduct these
programs. Each class meets once a week for a total of four
sessions a month.
Optional programs must be paid in advance the beginning of each
month and may be included with tuition. If an optional teacher
is absent, missed classes will be made up. No adjustments will
be made, however, if a child misses a class due to illness or
vacation. Parents wishing to enroll very young children who are
new to the school or any child who is insecure are requested to
wait a few months to allow for a period of adjustment to the
school. The office must be notified if an optional program is
dropped, otherwise, parent will be responsible for monthly
tuition (refer to Parent Manual).

Monday mornings – Instructor:
CLAYGROUND. Children will learn and work hands on to
develop techniques and skills in ceramics, clay
sculpting, papermaking, glass painting, as well as
drawing and painting. Ages 3 & up. $60.00/month |

Tuesday mornings –
Instructor: Andrew M. Sato, Aikido World Alliance.
45 minutes class. $50.00/month |

SOCCER: |

Wednesday mornings –
45 minute class once a week. Instructor: Chris
Harris. Children learn basics of game indoors and
outdoors. Ages 3 & up. $53.00/month |

Thursday mornings –
Instructor: Jennifer, 30
minute class once a week. Instructor: Pre-fit
Classes designed to help children develop gross
motor skills and coordination, while improving their
posture and creating an early desire to be
physically fit. Ages 3 & up. $30.00/month |

PRE-BALLET: |

Friday mornings – 45
minute class once a week. Instructor: Kids Dance
Express. Class designed to introduce child to the
basic foundation of ballet while exploring rhythm
and creative movement. Children need dance apparel:
leotard, tights and leather ballet shoes (pink). All
items must be labeled with child’s name. Ages 3 &
up. $45.00/month |
