Application
We are currently accepting applications for
Summer 2008 (Pre-School only) and the 2008-2009 School Year (all
age groups) at our Mt. Prospect location. To apply, simply select which application for
the session you would like to enroll your child in and submit
your completed application to the address below.
Please note that spaces fill up fast and that
it is imperative to get your application in early. In
order to lock your position in, you must submit your completed
application along with your deposit.
